Information WoveSpace collects

WoveSpace collects information you choose to provide, including creator-application details such as your name, email, phone number, proposed space name and handle, audience information, launch timing, and description of what you plan to offer.

If platform accounts are introduced, WoveSpace may also process authentication, account, security, and profile information needed to provide them.

Technical and security data

The platform may process request information such as browser type, device information, approximate network information, timestamps, and security events to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and protect accounts. WoveSpace currently does not install third-party advertising or analytics trackers on its public landing page.

How information is used

Information is used to review creator applications, reserve requested handles while an application is considered, contact applicants, operate and secure the platform, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers

WoveSpace may use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, security, payment processing, email, and text delivery. They may process information only to provide services on WoveSpace's behalf and under applicable contractual restrictions.

Payments

When platform payments are enabled, the payment provider processes payment-card information. WoveSpace may receive billing identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, and limited payment details needed to provide access and support. WoveSpace does not store full card numbers.

Email and text messaging

WoveSpace sends marketing email or text messages only when a person separately opts into WoveSpace's own program. Creator-space consent is separate and does not enroll a person in WoveSpace messages.

WoveSpace does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to provide messaging or platform services on WoveSpace's behalf.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including application review, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements.

Security

WoveSpace uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access is limited according to purpose and sensitive operations are performed on trusted servers.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may unsubscribe from marketing email and reply STOP to marketing texts. These choices do not prevent necessary security or transactional messages where permitted.

Cookies and local storage

WoveSpace uses only storage needed for platform operation and security. Creator spaces may use necessary recognition or authentication storage and publish their own cookie policy. See the WoveSpace Cookies Policy for current details.

WoveSpace is not directed to children under 13, and it is not knowingly designed to collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, use the contact channel below so it can be reviewed.
