Using WoveSpace

You may use WoveSpace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping account credentials secure.

Features may change as the platform develops. Access may be limited temporarily for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Creator applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, a launch date, a particular handle, or acceptance into any creator program. Application information must be accurate and may be used to evaluate fit and contact you about the application.

Creator spaces

Each creator space is a separately branded experience. Its creator controls the products, descriptions, pricing, member communications, and creator-specific legal terms shown there. WoveSpace provides the platform infrastructure.

Joining one creator space does not enroll you in another creator space or in a WoveSpace marketing program.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape private data, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use WoveSpace for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

Intellectual property

WoveSpace and its platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, a creator gives WoveSpace the limited permission needed to host, process, display, protect, and deliver that content through the creator's space.

Members receive only the license stated by the applicable creator space. Buying access does not transfer ownership of creator content.

Subscriptions and payments

When payments are enabled, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and access terms appear in the relevant creator space or checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; WoveSpace does not store full card numbers.

WoveSpace messages

If WoveSpace itself offers email or text updates, enrollment will be separate and optional. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and text consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop WoveSpace marketing texts or HELP for help. A creator space's messaging program is governed by that creator space's own disclosure and terms.

Termination

You may stop using WoveSpace at any time. Access may be suspended or ended when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

WoveSpace is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Creators are responsible for their content and claims.

To the extent permitted by law, WoveSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the platform changes. The updated date above will change when material revisions are published.

WoveSpace is operated by Wovespace Inc. For legal requests or questions about these terms, contact privacy@wovespace.com. Creator applicants may reply through the same channel used for their application.
